You will translate enterprise priorities into an integrated operational roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams while creating clarity around goals, performance, and outcomes over a one to three-year horizon.You will design and embed frameworks that support operational excellence, balancing performance, risk, compliance, and workforce planning to enable consistent, high-quality delivery.
