We are seeking skilled mental health professionals to join our team as General Psychologists or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers. In this role, you will work with clients across various services, including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Medicare.

This is a part-time hybrid position that offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own schedule while working in a supportive team environment. You will play a vital role in assisting individuals with work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and occupational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide evidence-based mental health assessments, training, and treatment to clients with various mental health conditions;
* Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, case managers, and employers to facilitate return to work and community engagement;
* Perform assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with organisational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

* Registered with AHPRA as a General Psychologist; or
* Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with AASW;
* Willing to obtain relevant accreditations such as NSW SIRA and WorkSafe Victoria;
* Permanent residency in Australia;
* Passionate about improving lives through work and health;
* Enthusiastic about working with a dynamic, social, and dedicated team;
* Interest in working with workers compensation clients.
