Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at a state-of-the-art Moderna M-RNA facility. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet industry, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Oversight of daily cleaning activities, including GMP zones.
* Review and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with GMP and regulatory requirements.
* Conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance and addressing issues promptly.
* Promoting best practices and innovation in cleaning service delivery.
* Managing relationships with external cleaning vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
* Knowledge of GxP, GMP, and regulatory standards.
* Availability to work regular hours from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications:
You will bring:
* Experience managing cleaning operations in classified and GMP-compliant facilities.
* Understanding of GDP and familiarity with TGA and FDA regulations.
* Leadership skills to develop high-performing teams.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office.
* Current Australian driver's license and ability to pass a National Police Check.
