Key Responsibilities:
* You will engage with various stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management and compliance with industry standards.
* Manage contract changes and renewals in collaboration with procurement teams.
* Utilize Suncorp's Ariba Third Party Risk Management platform to complete risk artifacts and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure providers adhere to data security requirements and regulations.
* Develop and submit regular reports on provider performance, utilizing Excel to analyze and present data effectively.
* Maintain up-to-date risk registers, tracking contract compliance and identifying potential risks.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in the insurance or financial services sector is required.
* Stakeholder and contract management experience is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in governance, risk, compliance, or quality roles is an advantage.
* Familiarity with personal injury claims management and working with providers is beneficial.
