Assistant Store Manager Job Overview
To assist the store leadership with executing strategic plans, leading and developing a team of customer service representatives to drive sales and deliver high standards of customer experience through the prescribed customer sales model. The Assistant Store Manager will be an integral member of the team with exceptional skills in operational governance.
About the Role Responsibilities
* Oversight of new team member onboarding
* Leading the team to meet (and exceed) sales targets
* Supporting the team with complex customer queries
* Serving as a key liaison for the store manager, stepping up to act in their absence when needed
* Executing business initiatives in-store to achieve financial and customer performance metrics
* Uplifting team morale – leading from the front and motivating the team to foster an excellent store culture
* Organizing the store floor and team schedules to meet customer demand
