Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a residential aged care facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to frail-aged residents, assessing and planning nursing care, developing personal care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Initial and ongoing assessment of resident needs
* Development and implementation of individualized care plans
* Maintenance of up-to-date records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will need Division 1 registration as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Aged Care. You must also demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care and support, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
