Fast Food Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations for optimal efficiency.
* Lead staff through coaching, supervision, and performance monitoring.
* Maintain inventory levels and schedule replenishment.
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback to deliver a positive experience.
* Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards.
* Monitor sales performance and prepare key reports related to daily or weekly operations.
* Implement promotional activities to drive sales growth.
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure reliable supply and operational support.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
* At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
* Proven ability in stock control, budgeting, and day-to-day store operations management.
