About the Role
Join Clyde & Co as an Associate – Insurance (2-4 PQE).
You will work under Partner JP Wood, handling the defense of complex professional indemnity claims, public liability claims, and property damage.
You will also gain exposure across the broader practice on a range of complex matters involving property risks, financial lines, D&O liability, and policy coverage disputes.
Responsibilities Defend complex professional indemnity claims, public liability claims, and property damage.
Handle matters across property risks, financial lines, D&O liability, and policy coverage disputes.
Collaborate with London colleagues and support local and overseas-based clients.
Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant experience in private practice.
Strong record of consistent performance.
Experience in litigation, public/product liability, and/or general insurance/coverage claims.
Precise drafting skills, strong academics, self-driven, can-do approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, ability to manage competing priorities.
Teamwork and collaboration skills, ability to work independently.
Commercial awareness and confidence in building client rapport.
