Senior Maintenance Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson with Leading Hand experience to join our high-performing Maintenance Team. Our fleet at Goonyella comprises a combination of ultra-class mining equipment.
* Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to your crew.
* Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all equipment on site.
* Carry out preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on heavy mining equipment when required.
* Foster a positive, team-focused culture by mentoring and developing crew members.
Requirements:
* Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Fitter, Auto Electrician, HV Electrician or Boilermaker trade certificate.
* Proven leading hand/supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and support maintenance crews.
* Current G1, G8, G9 (S1, S2, S3) and G2 certificates.
