Full-Stack Engineer - Enterprise IT Operations Platform
About the Opportunity
We're building a next-generation enterprise IT operations platform that's disrupting the market with intelligent automation and operational analytics. Our proprietary AI/ML architecture delivers significant cost and efficiency advantages over traditional solutions, and we're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help us scale.
The Role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing our platform's core features. You'll work across the entire stack—from designing intuitive user interfaces to building robust backend services—while contributing to architecture decisions that will shape the future of IT operations.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain scalable features across our React frontend and Python backend
* Design and implement APIs and microservices for our multi-layer AI/ML architecture
* Collaborate on system architecture and technical design decisions
* Optimize performance and reliability at scale
* Contribute to our DevOps and deployment processes
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features
What We're Looking For
Required:
* 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
* Strong proficiency in Python and React (or similar modern JavaScript framework)
* Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
* Solid understanding of database design (SQL and/or NoSQL)
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have:
* Experience with AI/ML systems or data pipelines
* Background in DevOps, monitoring, or IT operations tools
* Familiarity with microservices architecture
* Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
* Contributions to open-source projects
