This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced educator to lead the learning and teaching program at St Teresa's College. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing pedagogies, ensuring high-quality student learning, supervising teachers, analyzing data to inform decisions, and managing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead coordination of designated curriculum areas
* Apply contemporary research and data analysis to improve classroom practice
* Supervise teachers in curriculum areas
* Induct new teachers
* Provide pastoral care to staff in curriculum areas
* Participate in staff and leadership meetings
* Communicate with the College Leadership Team
* Perform additional duties as required by the Principal and Leadership Team
Experience in boys' education, boarding environments, or rural/remote settings is highly desirable.
