We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide technical support to our end-users. As a Service Desk Officer, you will be responsible for delivering first-level ICT support and resolving a wide range of technical issues.


Responsibilities:

* Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or other communication channels.
* Ticket Management: Manage and document high volumes of service desk calls, ensuring users are informed throughout the process.
* Incident Escalation: Escalate incidents as required and follow through to resolution.

About You:

* Proven experience in a service desk or IT support environment is essential.
* Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
