About the Opportunity


Lincoln Place is excited to welcome a hands-on and community-focused Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Lifestyle Estate at Baranduda.

This is a key on-site leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all customer-facing areas, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented community environment.

You will be supported by an experienced Operations leadership team and work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Development, Finance and Management. If you're passionate about people, problem-solving and creating a thriving community, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

* Delivering high-level customer service to residents, guests, and community members
* Assisting with financial management, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting
* Creating and managing an annual community events calendar
* Coordinating materials, consumables, grounds, buildings, and financial resources
* Ensuring community grounds and gardens are maintained to an exceptional standard
* Supporting delivery, installation, and refurbishment of homes
* Promoting and driving in-house resale of existing homes
* Providing broader portfolio and community liaison support as required
* Occasionally responding to urgent after-hours matters or key events

About You


You are a confident, proactive and people-oriented manager who thrives in a community setting. You'll bring:

* Experience in tourism, hospitality, retirement living, aged care, real estate, or permanent residential facility management (or transferable skills from similar industries)
* A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to support multiple service areas
* Strong financial acumen with experience achieving budgets and KPIs
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Experience handling grievances, resolving disputes and building positive relationships
* Staff leadership abilities including rostering, training, and performance conversations
* A self-starter approach with enthusiasm for driving results and fostering community engagement
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Current C-class driver licence
