Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers across Adelaide and its surroundings. Your primary focus will be on prospecting new customers to realise growth opportunities while also servicing an established customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure safety, health, and environment standards are maintained throughout your activities.
* Develop strategic sales initiatives to drive sales volume growth.
* Record relevant prospecting metrics within Salesforce to track progress.
* Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports to support business decisions.
* Analyse sales and profitability of new and existing markets and segments.
* Maintain and grow relationships with customers across multiple channels.

* Ability to develop technical expertise quickly and effectively within our product range.
* Masonry Block and Paver knowledge is an advantage.
* Computer skills with SAP knowledge are an advantage.
* Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
