Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Senior Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality asset consulting services and contributing to the growth of our business.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain awareness of client needs and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
* Develop and maintain client relationships by identifying opportunities to secure and enhance such relationships.
* Collaborate with clients to develop and implement responsible investment strategies aligned with their goals.
* Show initiative in raising issues with clients' portfolios and provide high-quality advice.
* Ensure all work is subject to quality assurance processes and maintain up-to-date work lists for clients.
* Continuously develop the Frontier brand across multiple sectors.
* Identify business development opportunities and contribute to building brand recognition.
Investment Research
* Actively participate in investment research programs to broaden knowledge and add value to clients' portfolios.
* Specialise in assigned areas, compile research papers, and ensure peer review.
* Work with practice staff to develop their research capabilities as requested.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of investment management and asset allocation, preferably with experience in consulting or providing investment advice.
* Excellent organisation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
* Relevant experience and relationships across superannuation and institutional investment clients.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
