About the Role
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the People and Culture Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of transactional and operational HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
* Coordinate recruitment processes from an administrative perspective
* Lead onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors
* Maintain accurate HR records, systems and reports
* Provide back‐up support to payroll and liaise with Finance on variations
* Support training coordination, probation reviews, and cyclical HR activities
* Assist with WHS administration and general office support as required
What you bring
* 2–3 years' experience in HR or related administration roles
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
* Comfortable working in a small team and handling a variety of task
* Experience with Employment Hero is a plus but not essential
