Senior Business Development Representative
Location: Australia

About the Role
The Senior Business Development Representative at Dragos will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This role involves following up on inbound leads, prospecting potential customer accounts, and building a robust pipeline for our Account Executives. You'll be the first touchpoint for many prospects, and your understanding of their needs and our product will shape their view of Dragos. You'll also work with various teams to align our outreach with company initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-growing cybersecurity company.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Follow up on inbound leads and identify potential customer accounts to build a robust pipeline.
Outbound Campaigns: Work closely with Inside Sales Representatives and Account Executives to identify target accounts and craft outbound campaigns aimed at increasing prospects' awareness and interest in Dragos.
Customer Engagement: Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads to increase interest in Dragos and achieve monthly & quarterly quotas of qualified meetings and sourced opportunities.
Salesforce Management: Use Salesforce as the system of record to organize and maximize prospecting efforts into target accounts. Daily cold calling and emailing to target accounts is expected.
Product Knowledge: Understand Dragos' product offering, value proposition, and the competitive landscape. Be knowledgeable about our partners and their integrated product and services offerings.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Previous experience successfully working against sales quotas or goals.
Adaptability: the ability to learn quickly and apply yourself.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
A goal-oriented mindset with the desire to win business.
Strong time management and organization skills.
High motivation with the ability to overcome failure and obstacles.
Compensation
OTE: AUD 112,000
