To be considered for this role you must demonstrate that you have the following:
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience with order entry's
- Previous call centre and high volume call experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment an advantage
- Able to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders in face to face situations, over the phone and electronically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an Automotive environment is an advantage
- Ability to take direction and change priorities as required
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel and Access)
- Ability to work in diverse environments and be part of a team
- Ability to work unsupervised and a willingness and flexibility to work reasonable overtime and rosters to meet customer needs.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
