Experienced Solar Roofer / Labourer (Starting 24th Nov)

The Role: Join us as a Solar Roofer / Labourer on regional installation crews. You'll travel with an experienced team of 3-4 to install rooftop solar systems on residential and light commercial buildings. We rotate between away trips and local projects, so you'll enjoy variety in your schedule. In this job you will:
Lead roof-mounting of solar panels and racking on various sites (with a qualified electrician partner and an apprentice at a minimum).
Use safety gear to work at heights and follow best practices.
Assist with array wiring tasks as directed by senior installers (training provided).
Skills & Experience: We want someone who:
Has solid solar labouring experience (ideally 2+ years installing panels).
Is comfortable working at heights (we'll train or certify you if needed).
Holds a valid driver's license (and a White Card/construction card is a bonus).
Is reliable, safety-conscious and a great communicator (you'll often be our face to site clients).
Enjoys teamwork and is flexible about travel – this is a roving role across QLD/NSW.
