Presently, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their close knit team with great staff morale, on a 3 month contract initially with flexibility to WFH 1 day per week. Position Description This position is working within a supportive team and reporting in to the Accounts Payable Manager. The key responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to: Matching, Batching & Coding invoices High volume processing of invoices daily Managing the AP inbox and responding to queries Reconciliations of supplier accounts Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders Setting up new vendors and suppliers General ad hoc duties as required The Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, as well as the following attributes: Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving skills with a high attention to detail Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisation skills A positive up beat nature and excellent time management skills How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
