Permenant or Part Time with Flexibility!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Branch Reception /Administrator to support our friendly team in the Adelaide Branch providing general and administrative support to the Sales, Service, Parts and Warehousing teams. Reporting to the Branch Manager your responsibilities will include, being the first point of contact for front counter sales, telephone enquiries and service reception. Co-ordinate day-to-day contractor /Visitor sign in and inductions, processing of payroll and adhering to various credit policies regarding.

About you
Knowledge of general office procedures with minimum of 2 years clerical administration.
Qualification at diploma / certificate level well regarded
Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to operate efficiently and accurately, office equipment such as, but not limited to: Printers, PC & Telephone Systems.
Ability to communicate information in a positive and accurate manner, i.e. clear, logical, helpful, prompt, to both clients and fellow employees.
Capable of working without supervision.
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
