Retail Manager Role
Platypus Shoes is seeking passionate and experienced retail managers to drive sales, engage customers and coach a team of casuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs and stock management.
* Motivate your team to achieve KPIs and added value targets.
* Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
* Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
* Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development.
* Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
