What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of content writers across diverse content types, providing thoughtful feedback, coaching and editorial oversight.
* Shape AI Strategy: Identify, test and deploy AI tools that complement human workflows; create guidelines to ensure ethical, high‑quality AI usage.
* Boost Productivity: Design workflows where AI supports ideation, research and editing; track metrics and refine processes to increase output.
* Collaborate across Teams: Partner with SEO, Marketing, Design and Brand teams to align content with broader goals, ensuring compliance and responsible AI use.
* Write and Edit: Keep your editing and writing skills sharp, supporting the team as needed to meet publishing targets.
What Sets You Apart
You're a seasoned content creation / editing / journalism pro with around 6+ years of hands‑on experience – with at least some of those leading and inspiring other writers. You know your way around an editorial calendar, a style guide and a well‑crafted narrative AND you love mentoring others to do their best work.
AI doesn't intimidate you – it excites you You've applied AI tools for ideation, outlining, research or editing so you know exactly where they shine (and where human judgement is irreplaceable).
* You've rolled out workflows that boost productivity and consistency without ever compromising quality or originality.
* Strong understanding of SEO – we're competing at the top level we want someone who loves playing in the big league.
* Strong editorial judgment and ability to maintain a distinct brand voice across format.
* Tech‑savvy and curious, quick to adopt and evaluate new tool.
* Ideally familiar with highly regulated industries with high standards for accuracy and compliance.
