Job Description
We are looking for aDirector of Sales to lead and elevate the sales strategy fortwo properties in the Hunter Valley,Cypress Lakes Resort andElysia Wellness Retreat .
As Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for driving revenue across multiple segments including MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of two diverse and thriving properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual sales plans in collaboration with the Cluster GM
* Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and conference team
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
* Represent both properties at trade shows and industry events
* Provide insights and reports based on sales data and market trend
* Partner with the Commercial Sales team to maximise exposure and business opportunities
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitality
* Expertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple properties
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
* Knowledge of revenue and distribution strategies
* Passion for customer experience and team development
