Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our teams in regional VIC, working on ambitious and innovative projects in the Renewables and Energy sector.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead continual improvement of a high-performing safety culture, ensuring health, safety, and environmental management best practices are upheld.
* Manage the overall delivery of projects, adhering to internal processes and procedures.
* Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities, ensuring timely completion within quality and budget parameters.
* Review progress against plans, contractual obligations, and milestones to guarantee on-schedule delivery.
* Lead and manage teams of construction professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience delivering Civil Infrastructure projects across major transport, renewables, defense sectors.
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
* Proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects and leading teams successfully.
* Effective communication skills with consultants, clients, management, and on-site personnel.
* Strong understanding of HSE/QA compliance principles.
