About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will support the launch and daily operations of our brand‑new store in Bondi Beach. You’ll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage budgets, interpret financial reports, create efficient rosters, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The role drives store performance, sales targets, and KPI achievement while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
About You
- Retail Management experience in a high‑end or premium retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Proven skill in training, developing, and motivating team members in a fast‑paced retail setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage expectations effectively
- Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Flexible and innovative approach to adapting positively to changing work demands
