KAEFER is seeking an experienced SCAFFOLD SUPERVISOR that can join our Darwin-based team. This role is ideal for a LOCALLY - BASED candidate available for Monday to Friday work, with occasional weekend overtime as required.
As a Scaffold Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures across project sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise a team of scaffolders and ensure safe work practices are followed
* Coordinate the delivery, installation, modification and dismantling of scaffolding structures
* Monitor scaffolding equipment and materials, and order supplies as needed
* Conduct site inspections and identify any safety or compliance issues
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintain detailed records and documentation related to scaffolding activities
* Provide training and guidance to less experienced scaffolders
ABOUT YOU
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scaffold Supervisor in construction, O&G or Heavy industrial.
* Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, construction and safety regulations
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
* Experience leading and motivating a team of scaffolders
* High Risk Work Licence
* Construction Induction (White) Card
* Advanced Scaffold and Rigger Ticket
