Overseas Teaching Opportunities – English Teachers (Asia)
Open Movements is working with established international schools and education providers across Asia to recruit English teachers for upcoming 2026 intakes.
These roles are suitable for graduate teachers, early-career educators, and experienced teachers looking to gain international teaching experience and work overseas.
About the role
Successful applicants will teach English in a professional school or academy environment. Positions are part-time and based overseas (primarily in Asia), with contracts typically ranging from 6–12 months .
Open Movements provides guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach English lessons to students in a classroom setting
* Follow lesson plans and curriculum guidelines provided by the school
* Support student learning and engagement
* Work collaboratively with school staff
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
* Passport holder from Australia, UK, Ireland, USA, Canada or New Zealand
* Clear spoken and written English
* Willingness to relocate overseas
Desirable (not essential)
* Teaching qualification or TEFL/TESOL certification
* Previous teaching, tutoring, or classroom experience
