IT Support Engineer / Technician (All Levels)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer / IT Technician to join our team.
This role is open to candidates of all experience levels, from those starting their IT career through to experienced engineers looking for a varied and technical role.
The Role
You will be working across a wide range of client environments, providing technical support and assisting with infrastructure projects.
Depending on your experience level, you may be responsible for:
* Level 1–3 technical support
* Troubleshooting desktop, server, and network issues
* Supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
* Implementing IT solutions for business clients
* Assisting with infrastructure upgrades and migrations
You will work closely with other engineers in a collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to clients via phone, remote support, and occasionally onsite
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
* Support Windows desktops and servers
* Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
* Monitor systems and respond to alerts from RMM tools
* Maintain documentation and update support tickets
* Assist with IT projects such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades
Skills & Experience
We are open to candidates at different stages of their IT career.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Authority to Work in Australia
* Ability to obtain a Police Clearance without adverse notations (required due to security requirements of some clients)
Junior candidates may have:
* A strong interest in IT and technology
* Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
* IT study, certifications, or entry-level experience
Mid-level candidates may have:
* Experience supporting business IT environments
* Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Senior candidates may have:
* Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
* Server and virtualization experience (VMware / Hyper‐V)
* Cloud technologies such as Azure
* Backup and disaster recovery solutions
