CSI: Scrapyard Edition Material Maestros: Handling materials isn't a chore; it's an art form Requirements Join the Innovation We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for Eriez Flotation across Australia and South East Asia. This role will focus on expanding Eriez's customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving aftermarket and capital equipment sales. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of mineral processing markets, a proven ability to build relationships, and the commercial skills to deliver sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for flotation equipment and aftermarket solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, EPCMs, and service providers across the regionDrive market development strategies in Australia and South East Asia, including customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and opportunity pipelinesCollaborate with internal engineering, service, and product management teams to deliver tailored solutionsDevelop proposals, lead negotiations, and close contracts to achieve revenue and growth targetsRepresent Eriez at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer eventsProvide market intelligence and feedback to support product development and regional strategy Benefits Join a company that values precision, innovation, and strong project leadership. Degree in Mining, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within mineral processing, ideally with flotation technologyStrong technical understanding of flotation circuits, equipment, and processing challengesProven track record of sales growth and market expansionExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel extensively across Australia and South East Asia
