APS5 Executive Assistant Non-ongoing opportunity Sydney location Government experience is desired Working in Federal Government- citizenship required for security checks ASAP start date Objective The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of executive support services to Hudson's client. Typical Duties and Responsibilities The duties of an Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following; Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues and stakeholders; Provide administrative support to the CEO including managing incoming calls, emails and general correspondence, booking travel and accommodation. Complex diary management; Drafting correspondence; Email and correspondence management; Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, and minute taking as needed; Prepare presentations and reports for senior staff; Coordinating travel, including bookings and managing itineraries; Executive expense management; Event coordination as required; Active part of administration leadership team; and Any other duties incidental to the above. Experience / Knowledge / Skills Proven experience in providing high level executive support; Previous exerience in a Government role is highly desired Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong attention to detail; Proactive and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks; Excellent stakeholder management skills; Well-developed organisational and networking skills; and High level of professional discretion.
