The Commercial Services Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Property, Procurement and Contract Services Teams.
Key responsibilities include coordinating internal meetings, administering trading permit inquiries and applications, developing and publishing registers as required under legislation, and assisting with internal inquiries relating to procurement, contracts and property services.
To excel in this position, one must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships.
A certificate in business administration, procurement, property or contract management is desirable, along with three years' experience in delivering administrative services in a local or state government setting.
As a commercial services officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to various teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
