Your New Role: As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team and a strong presence on the shop floor. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, support a large team and keep the store running smoothly across trade, presentation and operations. This role is all about balance. You’ll lead from the front during peak trade while backing it up with planning, coaching and follow through behind the scenes. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, step up when needed and help build a positive, high energy culture where the team feels supported and motivated. What You'll Get Up To: Supporting the Store Manager with the day to day leadership of a high turnover store Leading a large team on the shop floor through daily trade and peak periods Coaching team members in real time and supporting development Driving sales performance, productivity and customer experience Maintaining strong visual standards and efficient stock flow Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence The Experience Checklist: Previous experience as a Flagship Assistant Store Manager or Store Supervisor within fashion retail Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment Confident leading and motivating large teams Strong understanding of sales drivers and KPIs Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends What's Next?
