The Director of Care will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, managing case loads, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. Day-to-day duties supervising healthcare staff, developing care plans, monitoring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing training programs to maintain the highest standards of care. This role also involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide critical medical oversight and innovative care solutions.QualificationsProficiency in Nursing practices, with a solid foundation in patient care and staff supervisionExperience in Case Management, including coordinating care and developing patient-centered care plansKnowledge of Critical Care Medicine and Medicine to oversee healthcare standards and needsAbility to design and implement Training programs to enhance staff skillsetsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication abilities for team collaboration and interaction with residents and familiesRelevant nursing registration and qualifications as required by regional healthcare authoritiesFamiliarity with aged care regulations and compliance standards is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
