About The Role Be the backbone of our team: Assist managers with key tasks including recruitment support, training record management, staff appraisals, auditing, and performance review processes. Own the systems that keep us going: Manage data entry, update staff rosters and pay systems, and ensure changes like sick leave or shift updates are accurately reflected in platforms such as Kronos, e-Mercury, and MHoat. Support smarter decision-making: Assist in preparing reports on finance and quality indicators, support quality improvement and accreditation activities, and contribute to audits and data collection efforts. Keep the ward running smoothly: Maintain stock levels, assist with equipment orders and repairs, and manage administrative tasks related to the functioning of the ward or unit. Be a communication hub: Liaise with payroll for staff queries, schedule and support meetings including minute-taking, manage non-clinical correspondence, and provide relief coverage within the Inner City Health Administration team and reception areas when required.
