We’re working with a high-growth civil engineering consultancy delivering master planned communities, residential subdivisions, and mixed-use urban development projects across South East Queensland – including 1000+ lot stages.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver major master planned communities projects end-to-end
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tier 1 developers
* Oversee technical, financial, and commercial performance of projects
* Work with authorities and stakeholders to secure approvals
* Mentor and develop engineers and project teams
* Contribute to business strategy and growth in the QLD civil team
What You’ll Bring
* Strong leadership qualities – inspire and guide teams, make confident decisions, communicate clearly, mentor staff, and deliver projects on time
* Solid experience delivering large-scale urban development projects in QLD
* Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, risks, and client expectations
* Understanding of local planning, authority approvals, and stakeholder engagement
* Civil engineering qualifications (RPEQ preferred or in progress)
* A collaborative mindset and passion for team performance
