Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead our creative operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, leading resourcing across all creative roles, and championing our internal systems.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of creative workflows and how to support them from brief to delivery. Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail are essential, as is a calm, solutions-first mindset and a love for keeping things (and people) moving.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the creative studio
* Lead resourcing across all creative roles, balancing priorities, timelines and capacity
* Champion our internal systems (Monday.com, shared folders) and ensure they're up to date and effective
* Track hours, manage timesheet compliance, and support project reconciliation
Requirements
* 3–5 years' experience in a similar role – studio ops, traffic, resourcing, or creative delivery
* Experience working within a creative, event, or design agency environment
* Strong grasp of creative workflows and how to support them from brief to delivery
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* A calm, solutions-first mindset and a love for keeping things (and people) moving
* Confidence leading meetings, managing priorities and supporting people development
* Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft 365 suite, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Commercial acumen and an understanding of margins, quoting and delivery constraints
