Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver superior customer support via telephone and face-to-face interactions
* Manage reception duties, including booking appointments, processing claims, and data entry
* Support clients with complex needs, ensuring inclusive and culturally sensitive communication
* Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
* Collaborate with clinicians to provide clinical services, offering expert advice and demonstrating hearing aid usage
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability
* Intermediate/advanced computer literacy and familiarity with mobile technology (Apple and Android applications)
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the greater good
