What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering
* Strong underground engineering experience (gold preferred)
* Demonstrated experience in short-term planning
* Proficiency in Deswik, VentSim and Microsoft Office

Position Duties
* Develop, optimise, and communicate mine schedules that support safe and efficient operations;
* Deliver extraction plans that maximise recovery and return on investment;
* Collaborate with the Production Team to align weekly and monthly scheduling priorities;
* Design and issue development instructions to meet operational needs;
* Incorporate ventilation, paste fill, infrastructure, and geotechnical requirements into planning;
* Support infrastructure and optimisation projects that improve performance.
Experience: 1 year experience in a planning role
