Job Description:
The position of Clinical Lead at the headspace Esperance centre is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring clinical integrity and alignment of services with the headspace model.
As the Clinical Lead, you will provide day-to-day support and supervision to a passionate multidisciplinary team and ensure services meet headspace model expectations and quality standards.
You will also be responsible for leading clinical review, performance support, and reflective practice processes, as well as promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and governance.
This leadership role will suit a dynamic and compassionate mental health professional with a deep understanding of youth mental health, a commitment to clinical governance, and the ability to drive quality service delivery in a regional context.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing clinical oversight and supervision of mental health staff
* Leading clinical review, performance support, and reflective practice processes
* Ensuring services meet headspace model expectations and quality standards
* Supporting culturally appropriate, safe, and inclusive care for all young people
* Promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and governance

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification and registration as a mental health clinician (e.g. Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse)
* Relevant professional body registration (AHPRA, AASW) and mental health-specific training or endorsement
* Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
* Experience providing clinical supervision, conducting assessments, and delivering evidence-based interventions to young people with moderate to severe mental health concerns
