About the Role
* Lead and support the educational program across the centre
* Mentor, coach, and inspire educators and teachers to deliver best practice
* Support curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice
* Champion Aspire's philosophy and curriculum framework
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
* Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team
About You
* ACECQA‐approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
* Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader or in a senior educational role
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and National Quality Standards
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* A proactive, reflective, and values‐driven approach to leadership
* Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
