As a Customer Field Technician, you'll make a real impact to Australians in this customer-facing role where you'll get to see the happy faces you help. You will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service across all nbn technologies.
About Your Role
You'll be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services, working on customer premises and potentially in various environments both internal and external. This is an autonomous role where you will work independently while delivering outstanding results.
Your Typical Day
Your day could include:
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
* Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Your Key Responsibilities
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, honesty, and integrity. As a self-managed individual, you'll need to be motivated and able to work between 7am to 7pm based on business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A current and clean Driver's Licence
* Strong and personable communication skills, both written and verbal
* A focus on delivering customer and service excellence
