Opportunity
We are seeking a casual Night Shift Aseptic Filler Operator to join the team at Campbell's Shepparton.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys problem-solving, and has hands-on experience in aseptic operations.
Accountabilities
Operate and monitor aseptic fillers and case packers within the Aseptic area of the Production Facility
Complete Clean-in-Place (CIP) processes for UHT equipment and aseptic fillers
Carry out set-ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting in line with Campbell's OH&S, Quality & Performance Standards
Conduct process area cleaning to maintain company, GMP, and HACCP compliance
Work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet daily production targets
Ingredients for Success
Minimum 2 years' experience in an aseptic operation
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
Availability to work full-time hours (38 hours per week, Sunday–Thursday) plus overtime when required
Flexibility to work in different areas and shifts as required
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Adaptability in a changing environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
Understanding of team, safety and quality operating principles in a food manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
