Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is essential.
* Experience in cultural change, employee engagement, change management, leadership development, and succession planning is highly desirable.
* Strong influencing and analytical skills are required.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
* Active membership in a professional association for Human Resources practitioners is advantageous.
