Support Worker Role
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting vulnerable people in their community and making a real difference in their lives.
This exciting opportunity will see you working with our team to provide support to individuals with mental health issues, helping them access the community and build skills for independent living.
About this Opportunity:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to assist recovery and help participants contribute to their communities.
* Establish positive relationships with clients, staff, and other organisations.
* Promote our services in a positive manner.
About You:
* Tertiary education or above in social work, psychology/community services/mental health.
* A NSW Drivers licence.
* Knowledge of mental health issues and their impacts on a person's life.
* Excellent observation, written and verbal communication skills.
