You will be working alongside experienced, passionate leadership peers who are true to our values of Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Empathy About the role The Administration Officer plays a crucial role in the Community Home Support Program (CHSP), and the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP).
This position involves providing administration support and assistance for a range of community services within the Western District Health Services CHSP and HACCPYP programs, being the first point of reference for Home Support Services personal and telephone enquiries and requests.
Duties may include but not be limited to the provision of support to the Community Services Team Leader, administration of Community Supporter Worker rosters, report generating, filing and other administration duties as required.
The role requires a client centred approach, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the CHSP and HACC-PYP guidelines.

Closing Date: Tuesday 13 May 2025 Proposed Interview Date: Week commencing Monday 12 May 2025 The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check.
Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements.
