About the role:
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and monitoring of the quality systems across the organisation. You will have proven success in obtaining and maintaining TGA and other relevant licenses required in pharmaceutical manufacture and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Your duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Manage and coordinate all quality systems, projects and functions across the organisation.
* Provide leadership in risk assessment, quality and management.
* Seek and implement improvements in the area of risk management systems and data analysis.
* Develop Quality Improvement Plans in consultation with appropriate staff, addressing accreditation requirements for regulated and cosmetic GMP.
* Develop a systematic process to inform and involve all staff in the continuous review and evaluation of company performance against quality standards.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous quality improvement that is evidence-based and best practice.
* Collaborate with Production, Warehouse and R&D Team.
* Managed and authorise the final Release for Supply of pharmaceutical products.
* Review and approve manufacturing documentation.
* Facilitate and manage both internal and external audits, evaluations and reviews as required by the quality systems.
* Liaise with customers and maintain up to date records including current master manufacturing documents for their regulated products.
* Manage and conduct documentations, investigations and close outs for product complaints.
* Ensure reconciliations of finished products.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and contract QC laboratories.
About you:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Industry experience in cosmetic manufacture, GMP / TGA / APVMA essential.
* Experience conducting and facilitating internal and external auditing practices on quality management systems essential.
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external customers/regulatory agencies.
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
* High level of efficiency, organisation and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated leadership in all quality activities and initiatives.
