**Design Leadership Opportunity**

As a pivotal role in our leadership group, you'll ensure the design team's voice is heard and considered in decision-making. You'll foster a safe, creative, and collaborative team culture where everyone has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and grow.

Focusing on people management and development, you'll conduct regular 1:1s with designers, set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities. In performance evaluation, you'll assess designers' performance fairly and transparently, aligning evaluations with studio expectations and values.
\
You'll partner with HR/recruiting to hire and onboard new designers effectively, building succession plans and identifying potential future leaders within the team.
