**Job Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Assistant to join our team. This role involves working under the direction of physiotherapists and occupational therapists to deliver clinical services to clients in Residential Aged Care settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of all physiotherapy services, including servicing RAC clients according to treatment plans. They will also be required to transport residents to and from therapy sessions, set up and pack away equipment, and perform administrative tasks as guided by physiotherapists.
Additionally, the Allied Health Assistant will be involved in running exercise groups and programs, ordering prescribed equipment, and supporting initiatives to meet client expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist with delivering physiotherapy services in accordance with operating procedures and policies
* Servicing RAC clients according to treatment plans
* Transporting residents to and from therapy sessions
* Setting up and packing away equipment
