As a Graduate Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound enquiries from clients
* Qualifying leads and assessing funding scenarios
* Booking strategy calls and running initial client consultations
* Converting qualified prospects into signed clients
* Issuing engagement agreements and following up until signed
* Liaising with senior partners to structure and place deals
* Maintaining CRM records and tracking pipeline progression
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, Property, or similar
* Strong communication skills (phone confidence is essential)
* Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth clients and developers
* Competitive, target-driven mindset
* High attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
